Choose your plan

The Clean in 16 challenge runs 6 times a year as a group. On each challenge we begin the plan around the same day. We feel this really helps with accountability.

However should these dates not work for you, you can choose your own start date, join the community and begin your plan to suit you. Simply select the flexi Plan.

We offer individual plans and also couple plans. The couple plan is for 2 people within the same household.

The C16 box of tricks, contains everything you’ll need to complete the 16 day challenge, including supplements, meal plan + recipes, daily workbook, pen, and tape measure.

  • Introductory zoom Q&A meeting to meet the creators and other participants. You will be taken through the plan, learn what you will be doing

  • Body Statistic analysis forms

  • Access to live yoga and meditation classes from Kula Springs Yoga Studio

  • Access to the on-demand library from Kula Springs Yoga Studio

  • Access to the Clean in 16 private Facebook group where you will have full support from the creators of the C16 , Helen + Becks + your fellow Clean 16ers

  • The private face book group also includes menus, recipes, tips and guides for which you will have lifetime access

  • Full online course & recipe access throughout the program

  • 16 Daily emails which include:

    • ‘Welcome to the day’ video where different principles are covered each day.

    • Daily yoga video

    • Daily breath work video

    • Daily meditation MP3

  • A final zoom meeting to share your experiences and celebrate at the end of the challenge

  • A Clean in 16 mug, pen & body tape measure
