From the moment you sign up to the challenge you will be guided through the process.
The first batch of emails are designed to fully prepare you for the challenge ahead. You will be armed with all the what’s and the why’s of the plan, plus all information on all of the steps you need to take to prepare.
From your day one of the plan you will begin to receive daily emails. These emails will contain:
An introductory email explaining in more detail the fundamentals of the plan.
A 20 minute yoga for everybody video
A 5 minute breathwork video
A 10 minute guided meditation MP3

COMMUNITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
Once you are signed up to the plan you will be invited into a private Facebook group. This group is only open to current and past participants of the C16 plan.
Here you will find all of the recipes & meal plans (also available in our members area on the website) and you will find all the support and encouragement throughout the process.
WAYS TO ACCESS THE PLAN
Not only will you will be receiving your daily emails plus the membership to the Facebook community and the yoga community. You can also access the full course in step by step sessions in our members area here on the website.
Here you will have your own personal log in to access every element of the plan. All of your videos, MP3s, all of the recipes and the meal plan. These can also be downloaded in printable PDF format.
This online course also tracks your daily progress so you can keep on top of how you are doing.

Helen Thomson
Professional Chef and Nutritionist
I have been working in the natural health industry all my working life, which is the last 27 years. I have worked for many major supplement companies, including Solgar, Garden of Life, Natures Answer and Optibac. I am a qualified bio-resonance practitioner and Naturopath have been advising on diet and nutrition for the last 21 years. In this time, I have been able to watch people really turn their lives and their health around by changing their diet taking the correct supplements and changing habits.

Having trained all over the world including Thailand and India I am on a mission to gather wisdom to bring back and share with the community.
From a young adult, I have always had a huge passion and interest in the human brain. I am intrigued by human nature. I have trained in neuro linguistic programming, read hundreds of books, attended seminars and intensely researched over 30 years what makes us humans work the way we do. After studying the philosophy of yoga over the last ten years I am always fascinated by the correlation to these ancient teachings and modern science from the work of people like Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung and Eckhart Tolle.
Through this and my yogic practice I have discovered how to find that inner peace and how being connected to our bodies and breath, together with nature and the universe as a whole, we can heal trauma and grow in ways I never dreamed possible. My aim is to share this with you through my continuous learnings.
