frozen mexican grapes

This is one of the favourites from our Yogi brunches. They are perfect to nibble on on a Friday night whilst preparing dinner and enjoying a balsamic fizz.

Sadly these are not allowed whilst on the plan :-( But we love the recipe and wanted to share it anyway!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of seedless grapes

  • 1 Tbsp Tajin

  • 1/2 Tbsp Xylitol

  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Method

Wash the grapes

Sprinkle over the rest of the ingredients

Place them in an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours

Remove & enjoy
